Salary System

We adopts annual salary as chief system and at the same time, she also accepts multiple distribution and middle-long financial incentive salary system. According to different requirements of different position and scopes of responsibilities, the annual salary standard is examined and decided. And then, workers income is cashed in on the basis of performance. Therefore, each staff’s value is fully recognized and impartially compensated.

Welfare System

We always treats staff as most valuable treasure and pays special attention to cultivating and developing able workers. To allure and retain the most excellent workers, we would like to supply favorable welfare and salary to pay for staff’s value.
